Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website you are doing so in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Any orders placed with us will be strictly bound by these. This site and its content is made available for the purposes of shopping online with Party World NZ Limited and providing information about Party World NZ Limited’s products and services. Reproduction of the images and text on this site for any other purposes is prohibited. We reserve the right to amend any part of our website without notification. By using our website you automatically accept that we are not liable to you or any third party for any amendments made to this website. When changes to our Terms and Conditions occur, by entering our website, such changes are deemed to be accepted by you. Therefore we recommend you regularly check our Terms and Conditions for any alterations. Please, immediately refrain from using our website if you do not agree to any alterations made to our Terms and Conditions.

Orders

A contract between the purchaser and Party World is created by the following steps:

Order is placed on our website – an email will be sent to your designated email address notifying that Party World has received your order. Once payment has been processed, acceptance / despatch of your order will occur. Acceptance of your order may not take place if the product ordered is out of stock or there is a payment failure e.g. credit card decline. If any problems occur with your order Party World will contact you.

Delivery of Products

Our product will be delivered by our designated national courier or carrier (PBT Couriers or NZ Post). We recommend you be present to accept the delivery of your order.
Delivery target is 1 to 3 working days (+ extra 2-3 days for rural addresses)  +2-3 days extra for larger items or orders that do not fit in a courier bag) (Please note that these timeframes are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Please note that there may be delays after public holidays and before Christmas too.)
If you need your order in less than 5 working days (8 for rural) it is at your own risk, date of celebration information is only a guide for us and does not mean we can guarantee delivery by that date. Please make sure to select correct shipping option to avoid delay in despatch of your order. If you live in a rural address, we recommend getting your products delivered to you work/family/friend at a non-rural address to receive your parcel faster. All our products are held in our Christchurch store and we aim to dispatch them on the same day, when ordered before 3pm (Mon-Fri).

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Product description

Each item sold is done so according to the product description that appears on the website. We have endeavoured to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct. However due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a variance at the time of placing your order. Also colours may vary slightly from website images. Please contact us if you want to know more details about any of our products.

Payment

All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). All prices include GST. All prices are correct at time of website publication. Methods of website payment are Visa or Mastercard. All credit card payments are subject to online authorization. If credit card payment is declined, Party World can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

Returns Policy

We will accept returns only if product is defective for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your credit card. In all cases we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. We will also refund shipping and handling fees on defective products or where there has been an error on our part. All defective products must be returned postage/freight paid to Party World with original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the reasons for the return.

Cancellation of Order

You may cancel an order by contacting Party World at any time prior to the despatch of an order. Once the order has been despatched to you then you may return the relevant products only in accordance with our returns policy.

International Orders

We do not accept any international orders placed via our website. Should you wish to place an international order please contact us directly at [email protected].
