How long does shipping take? 

If you order before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day and it should get to you in 1-3 week days (mon-fri). Rural delivery can take up to 3 days extra and larger orders that do not fit in a courier bag may take extra couple of days too. Once we send your parcel out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep an eye on the tracking and contact us, or our designated courier directly, in case your parcel hasn’t been delivered within our standard delivery time frame so we can make sure it gets to you in time. Please note that we can not guarantee faster delivery so if you require your items within shorter timeframe than 3 days (6 for rural), it is at your own risk as we will not be able to refund you.
