Shipments and Returns

Your Pack Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day following receipt of payment and are shipped via PBT Couriers or NZ Post.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to where it is being sent. We advise you to group your items into a single order. We cannot group 2 distinct orders placed separately, so shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes and bags are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
