Frequently Asked Questions a Can someone else pick up my online order? Yes! Jut let them know the order number 🙂 a When will my Click & Collect be ready? We try to process all orders as quickly as possible so your order will be ready for pickup within just a few minutes from placing it. You can collect it when is suits you during our standard opening hours. a How much does shipping cost? Shipping to Christchurch City costs $6.50, for outer Christchurch $8.50 and for the rest of New Zealand $10.50. If you spend more than $100, you will get free shipping. You need to choose this option manually in the last step of ordering. We do not charge extra for rural deliveries. a How long does shipping take? Our PBT courier comes every day at around 1pm, so if you order before that time, your order will be shipped the same day and it should get to you in 1-5 working days. Rural delivery can take up to 3 days extra. Once we send your parcel out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep an eye on the tracking and contact us or PBT Couriers directly in case your parcel hasn’t been delivered within our standard delivery time frame so we can make sure it gets to you in time. a Do you do overnight delivery? We can’t guarantee that your products will get to you overnight. We recommend letting us know in the comments with your order when you need your products by. If you need them urgently, we can put an urgent overnight sticker on your package for an extra courier fee, but we still can’t 100% guarantee overnight delivery as it is out of our control once the courier has the goods. a How do you ship your products? We use PBT couriers. Once your order is shipped, you will get tracking number and you can always check where your package is and you can contact PBT directly if you have any doubts about timely delivery. a Will I have to sign for my parcel? Let us know with your order what would you prefer! We can ask our courier to ask for a sigature or to leave your parcel at your place without it. You can also let us know where you want your package hidden around your house in case you miss the courier. a Do you deliver to PO Boxes? No, we do not deliver to PO boxes! If you want your package delivered to a business address, let us know the name of the business a Can I pick up my order in your shop? Yes! Just choose a “store pickup” as a delivery option in the last step of the online order. This option is free. a Do you have all products from your website in stock? Yes, we do! All our stock is held in our building in Christchurch. Our first floor is a public shop and second floor is a storage area for our website. If you need more quantities than are online, we may have them on the shop floor and if you come in the shop and can’t find your products on the shop floor, we may have them in our storage area for web. If we have enough time, we can also order some products for you from our supplier. a Where are you located and what are your opening hours? Our only shop is at 1063 Ferry Road, Ferrymead, Christchurch. We are open Mon – Fri 9 – 5.30pm, Saturday 9 – 3.45pm a What payment method can I use? You can pay with your credit card or do a bank to bank transfer. You can also use Afterpay! a Do you give refunds? Please have a look at our Terms and conditions re refund and return policy. a Do you fill balloons with helium? Yes! We can fill balloons with helium in our shop in Christchurch. Prices starts from $3.80 for a plain latex balloon, loose on a string. You can order helium balloons over the phone or just visit us in store and our friendly staff will help you. a Do you deliver helium filled balloons? No, we do not deliver helium filled balloons. However you can organize your own courier or taxi to pick your balloons up in our shop in Ferrymead. a Can you come and decorate my party? No we do not. We only sell the products. a What is the best way to find what I want on your website? There are more ways to look for your products. You can either use the search engine, where you just type in what you are after (careful with spelling) or you can search for themes in different categories. a I can’t find what I’m after. Can you order other products? Yes! If you let us know well in advance, we may be able to source other products or themes. a Can I order over the phone? Yes, but we highly recommend ordering online as it is much faster and safer. a Do you deliver overseas? We don’t. You can make an online order but you would have to organize your own courier to pick up your products in our shop. a Do you do layby? We can do it only in our shop in Christchurch, not for online orders. You can also use Afterpay and pay for your order in 4 payments! a Do you hire party supplies? We have a few small things for hire like cake tins, disco balls, lights, bubble machines, backdrops etc. in our shop in Christchurch. We do not ship products for hire. Have any more question?
