Great for adding extra balloons to your garlands or sticking balloons to your ceiling to make them look like they are floating – use 2-3 dots per balloon to make sure they are connected securely.     Try not to pull balloons apart once secure as this may cause  balloons to pop.  Tip – underinflate the balloons to make them stronger to avoid popping rate
