Includes: 6 x 10.1cm (4″) Foil Balloons, 4 x Die Cut Images, 3.65m (12′) Twine – simple assembly required

To inflate a foil balloon, insert a plastic/paper straw and gently blow into it to inflate. Once inflated, pull out the straw and balloon will seal itself. You can also use a balloon hand pump for easier inflation. Please note that these balloons will not float even if you inflate them with helium.
