Shipping a How much does shipping cost? Shipping to Christchurch City costs $7.80 and for the rest of New Zealand $10.80. Rural shipping costs $15.50. a Can someone else pick up my online order? Yes! Just let them know the order number 🙂 a When will my Click & Collect be ready? We try to process all orders as quickly as possible so your order will be ready for pickup within just a few minutes from placing it. You can collect it when is suits you during our standard opening hours. a How long does shipping take? If you order before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day and it should get to you in 1-3 week days (mon-fri). Rural delivery can take up to 3 days extra and larger orders that do not fit in a courier bag may take extra couple of days too. Once we send your parcel out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep an eye on the tracking and contact us, or our designated courier directly, in case your parcel hasn’t been delivered within our standard delivery time frame so we can make sure it gets to you in time. Please note that we can not guarantee faster delivery so if you require your items within shorter timeframe than 3 days (6 for rural), it is at your own risk as we will not be able to refund you. a Do you do overnight delivery? We can’t guarantee that your products will get to you overnight. We recommend letting us know in the comments with your order when you need your products by so we can put an urgent sticker on your package, but we still can’t 100% guarantee overnight delivery as it is out of our control once the courier has the goods. a How do you ship your products? We use PBT couriers. Once your order is shipped, you will get tracking number and you can always check where your package is and you can contact PBT directly if you have any doubts about timely delivery. a Will I have to sign for my parcel? Let us know with your order what would you prefer! We can ask our courier to ask for a sigature or to leave your parcel at your place without it. You can also let us know where you want your package hidden around your house in case you miss the courier. a Do you deliver to PO Boxes? No, we do not deliver to PO boxes! If you want your package delivered to a business address, let us know the name of the business a Can I pick up my order in your shop? Yes! Just choose a “store pickup” as a delivery option in the last step of the online order. This option is free. a Do you deliver overseas? We don’t. You can make an online order but you would have to organize your own courier to pick up your products in our shop.
